I ordered a milk tea with 50% sugar, but the drink I received was extremely sweet and had a bitter taste. It did not match my order and was undrinkable. The tapioca pearls were also too hard or stuck together, and I couldn’t even drink them through the straw. I had to throw the drink away.

EDIT#2: I finally got to try the new Papaya Mango Coconut slush and it was really good with alot of papaya flavor and pieces of the papaya fruit. That drink is a 5 stars one. As usual, the Peach Four Season Fusion is also great. EDIT: The store reached out and apologized fairly quickly and rectify their mistake. This was appreciated so thank you. When the fusion fruit teas are made properly it is definitely 5 stars. The peach and mango teas are really good. I tried the drink they gave me by accident and some of the bobas in the drink were a bit too hard for me. Felt like the center wasn’t thoroughly cooked through. I like the soft chewy type more. This Teazzi is horrible. Last time I ordered from here my drinks were diluted. It was towards closing time so maybe they were running out of tea but they should have mentioned something when I picked up or make something else. This time the drinks were not as diluted but they gave me a wrong drink and I didnt noticed until I got home. I got someone else’s milk tea and I am missing the papaya drink which is way more expensive than what I was given. DOUBLE CHECK your order!

Excellent and milk teas on offer and customization options. I love the option to have no sugar and hot bubble tea. Docked one star because there are always about four or five tapioca pearls that are still raw in the middle.

I love the options we had. The menu looked really unique. The drinks look good but when we got it we did not like both of our drinks. There's seating options with no tables so it's more of a social place. There's snack and dessert options which looked good but we did not get to try. I loved how we got free candy for Halloween. I loved the decorations and the space was very causal and open. Ice cream four season tasted like sweetened milk... there's not much flavor to it and it was lack luster. We did not enjoy it. I ordered the apple black tea but wished to trade crystal boba with regular tapioca pearls which they charged me 75 cent extra. On top of that they forgot my toppings all together. Later I asked them to add it since we paid for it which they did very kindly but on the menu it stated it should have came with 2 toppings in the drink which is why I'm confused I had to pay for the regular pearls... the drink was good over all. Tasted like apple cider with boba in it and boba was made nicely and cooked perfectly. Definatly mixed feelings.

Teazzi is one of our favorite spots for bubble tea and we love their House Milk Tea which is mixed with chewy oat so much. We highly recommend to order your drink with 30% sugar. They currently have three locations in NYC and we think this one in Long Island City is the best due to it's wide-spaced environment & cozy ambiance.
